Hope Roots Collective opened in March 2025. We are a wellness collective in Olathe, KS, founded by Leah Schwarz and Ren Knott. Our mission is to help private practice therapists and wellness professionals build sustainable businesses that align with their lives—while reducing the risk of burnout. We believe that when providers are well-supported, the entire community benefits.

Rooted in the healing power of nature, we purchased and renovated a 1920s home on nearly two acres to house our collective. The charming space includes eight private offices, a flexible group room, and several outdoor areas ideal for walk-and-talk sessions or outdoor therapy.

We offer flexible part-time office rentals for therapists and wellness professionals who want to run their own businesses while still being part of a collaborative and connected community. In addition to the office spaces, we host consultation groups, social gatherings, professional retreats, and in-house referrals—and we’re working toward offering CEU workshops and a membership option for people who aren't looking for office space.
